Rtn. MPHF M. Ravindran is an accomplished business leader and HR professional with over 26 years of distinguished experience spanning manufacturing, industrial engineering, workforce management and human-capital consulting.
His professional journey began after completing ITI in 1979 and clearing the NCES examination. He subsequently served in one of India’s largest capacitor manufacturing companies, contributing across production, process-plant layout, machine erection and commissioning, maintenance, and machine design and development.
He later transitioned from manufacturing to entrepreneurship by establishing a company focused on staffing solutions, manpower services and HR consultancy. His combination of engineering knowledge and HR expertise enables him to address organisational challenges from both operational and strategic perspectives.
He is a Life Member of the National HRD Network and has served as an Office Bearer for more than a decade, reflecting his commitment to leadership, knowledge sharing, ethical business practice and development of the HR profession.
