Mr. M. N. Kalyana Sundaram is the Founder and Managing Director of MARK Business Solutions Private Limited. He is a seasoned finance and business advisory professional with over 38 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, project finance, business transformation and financial management across Indian and international organisations.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions including General Manager – Finance & Accounts, Head – Finance & Accounts, Deputy General Manager and Group Financial Controller across engineering, power transmission, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, automotive, plantations, exports and international business operations.
His overseas experience includes serving as Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary in Malawi, South Central Africa, where he arranged foreign-currency project financing exceeding USD 9.5 million and led finance, legal, compliance, HR and strategic-planning functions for a diversified corporate group.
He has managed significant capital-investment projects, banking relationships, financial restructuring and operational-excellence initiatives while implementing robust governance and financial-control systems.
